1. Keep clean

2. Use within the normal pressure range
Cylinder in normal use of the working pressure must be in accordance with the inspection report stipulated in the working pressure range, shall not exceed the specified working pressure.
3. Pay attention to the working environment of the booster cylinder
The temperature in the working environment has been fixed when the cylinder is designed. If the working environment exceeds the temperature due to work needs, contact the relevant technical personnel of the pressurizing cylinder.
As part of the components in the cylinder are made of iron, please do not use it in the complex environment (such as the contact environment with chemical substances). In addition, please install effective air treatment components (three-point combination) at the front of the cylinder and lubricate and drain when connected.
4. Do not add other hydraulic oil without permission
The hydraulic oil price used in the design of the pressurized cylinder is VG68# anti-wear hydraulic oil, which can not be removed without using other liquid media (such as oil). Water, etc.).
5. Always follow the procedure
The action program must work according to the action program of the gas path installation drawing, namely, prepressure action - pressurization action -pressurization release - prepressure reset
6. Pay attention to maintenance and check the operation of the pressurized cylinder regularly
In order to avoid excessive pressure damage to your mold or workpiece when the cylinder is pressurized, please install a pressure reducing valve at the inlet of the pressurized section, so as to effectively protect your product.
In order to ensure the stability of the supercharging cylinder, it is suggested to install an air storage cylinder in parallel between the triplet and the supercharging cylinder as far as possible.
When the booster cylinder is used for more than 500,000 times or more than half a year, it is recommended to replace all the hydraulic oil in the cylinder once, in order to improve the service life and working life of the cylinder.
